Aluma Systems, which began in 1972, became a subsidiary of Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services in 2005. Our industrial services business shares in BrandSafway’s rich history as a major player in the industrial markets, globally.

Brand started as a Chicago-based insulation company in 1961 has evolved into a global diversified provider of specialty services. Since its entry into the access provider market in the 1970s, Brand has flourished into a major player, aiding in the system scaffold revolution in the 1980s and helping lead the construction industry workforce development effort in the 1990s.

Since the 1990s, Brand has been growing and adapting to meet the ever-increasing needs of our clients and the global market pressure for our services. With our commitment to excellence as our driver, Brand and Aluma will continue to successfully fulfill the needs of industry, creating VALUE for our clients.

Open Communication

As an employee, if you believe violations of policies or standards may have occurred, please contact your direct supervisor, manager, or Human Resources Representative.  In addition to our current open-door policy, we maintain an additional means of communication to receive compliance questions and concerns.  The Brand EthicsPoint Hotline (“Hotline”) provides you with a confidential method to report issues or concerns in accordance with our Code of Conduct.  The system is easy to use, and is available 24/7.  Where permissible by law, the Hotline is also available for use by customers, vendors, suppliers, etc…  Brand EthicsPoint is an important tool to help Brand continue to build and maintain the strong ethical culture that is critical to our success.  Log on to Brand EthicsPoint to file an online report or access the local toll-free number in your area.  www.brand.ethicspoint.com.
